Female Administrative Assistant required for an Audit & Finacial Consulting firm;
Responsibilities
· Acting as the face of the entity and first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
·
Following up on the
manager/executive’s important tasks and deadlines.
·
Organizing meetings.
·
Typing, compiling,
and preparing reports, on daily activities.
·
Managing databases,
document control and filing systems.
·
Implementing and
maintaining procedures/administrative processes.
·
Liaising with
staff, suppliers, and clients.
·
Various ad hoc
requests.
Requirements
· Relevant work experience as a Secretary/ Administrative Assistant will be added advantage.
·
A Bachelor degree
is a must.
·
Outstanding
organizational & MS Office proficiency.
·
Ability to
multitask and time management skills.
·
Up-to-date with the
latest office gadgets and applications
·
Excellent verbal
and written communications skills.
·
Professional
discretion & efficiency

Ability to work on
own initiative

·
Attention to detail
