New roles in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE**

Landlord / owner side - multi asset classes

1. Real Estate Analyst - working on current portfolio & upcoming projects - cash flows, feasibility studies, modelling etc.
MBA qualification preferred.
At least 3-5 years Experience within a similar role in the UAE with a real estate consultancy / landlord necessary.
(Please note this is NOT an accountancy role so if accountancy is your background, you will not be considered.)
AED 15-18k per month

2. Assistant Manager - Retail Leasing - leasing & renewals of the shopping mall portfolio.
Candidates must have experience and network with local brands rather than large international brands such as Zara or KFC, as local brands are the target for the retail space.
Experience gained at a retail consultancy / landlord / retailer in the UAE necessary.
(Please note this is NOT a store manager role so candidates with this experience will not be considered.)
AED 13-15k per month
