SCOPE OF WORK
The scope of work will include different on-demand and routine activities which would require advanced skills on Oracle & SQL Server Database Technologies.

This will include, but not limited to
• Involve in major & top priority Incidents related to Databases and provide L3 & L4 support
• Perform / Review Root Cause Analysis for Incidents and define corrective / preventive actions
• Review repeating incidents and analyze the root cause
• Provide support for Golden Gate implementation & troubleshooting
• Perform Technical & Performance Audits on Databases
• Provide Technical Support for defining Patching & Upgrade Strategy
• Review requirements & suggest optimal technical solutions for new implementations.
• Review & contribute towards capacity optimization initiatives
• Review / Prepare technical documentation like configuration standards, operating procedures etc.
• Provide Database Support for Onboarding for Cloud Operations in Azure / OCI
• Support Cloud Team for re-platforming & other cloud initiatives
