Location : Dubai (UAE)

The candidate should have knowledge of Banking products & services especially accounts area as this position is for a Liabilities Support Officer; who will be supporting Head-Liabilities in day to day operations of business.

Project Management : Self driven and fair knowledge of Liabilities i.e. accounts etc. should be able to support on launch of new account product and drive end to end implementation
Stakeholder Management: Liaise of multiple internal stakeholders to support product launch

Operations: Support Head-Products in daily BAU operations from pricing, systems perspective in terms of MIS, Reporting, Analysis & observations

Customer Service & Promotions: Knowledge of CRM is essential and should be able to manage customer queries & complaints. Support in campaign planning & launch along with end to end monitoring. Maintaining library of dashboards

Systems: Review BRD/FSD and multiple aspects for product launch, conduct BAT & provide feedback

The candidate should have good knowledge of banking systems along with Excel & PowerPoint.
