We are hiring for #OperationsManager
Role: Administration and Operations Manager(school experience is required)
Type: 3 months contract(can be extendable)
Experience: 7+ years
Notice : Immediate to 15 days
Location: Abu Dhabi

Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for the long-term objective setting in accordance to the Strategic vision of the school
2.Planning and tracking the operational goals of school & the School executive leadership targets
3.Reporting back periodically and actively to the school leader ship on overall school development
4.Monitor all the Strategic and operational KPIs and oversee operations and report to VP strategy
5.Support the VP Academis and Strategy in aligning regular activities’ outputs
6.Monitor and support the SLT team to overcome operational challenges
7.Produce a risk assessment for both academic and operational expectation in accordance with the school long term planning to mitigate and overcome challenges.
8.Align all ad-hoc / special requests or directions to be embedded within the school operations to assure positive continuity optimization of projects
