Immediately hiring candidates (immediate joiner) for the following positions for a Facilities Management company in Dubai

1. Position: CLEANING SUPERVISOR
Salary: AED 4000

Experience:
Must have proven experience as Cleaning Supervisor in UAE With any facility management company. Fluent in English and Tamil/Malayalam. Should be available in UAE to join immediately.

2. Position: Sales Executive – FM
Salary: AED 3500 to 4500

Experience:

Must have proven sales experience with Facility Management / contracting companies in UAE. Good communication skills in English and Tamil/Malayalam. Should be available in UAE to join immediately.

• Prospect new potential clients and maintain existing customers relationship within the commercial FM industry
• Generate project/business opportunities and RFP’s through customer contact to meet company’s business plans and growth strategies.
• Drive the sales process from inquiry/RFP coordination through “Closing the Deal”
• Collaborate with the Senior Management to prepare and implement the company’s Marketing and Business Development Plan and strategy for meeting business goals
• Track and report current status of potential projects, markets, Customer news, and developments
• Negotiate potential contract adaptations or extensions when needed.Assess the targeted quality of business coming in; refocusing efforts if off track.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Should be highly flexible and adaptable and able to work effectively with a multicultural workforce.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• UAE experience is a must.

3. Position: OFFICE COORDINATOR – FM
Gender: Male
Salary: AED 3500 to 4500

Experience:

Must have proven experience with Facility Management / contracting companies in UAE. Malayalam or Tamil speaking. Good communication skills in English. Should be available in UAE to join immediately.
