We are hiring NOC Engineer (Civil) with experience in dealing with Dubai Govt. authorities on urgent basis.

Position:- NOC Engineer
Qualification:- Degree in Civil Engineering
Native Speaker- Arabic
Other Language- English (Excellent in speaking and reading)
Experience- 2 to 3 Years in Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

· Responsible for directing, organizing and controlling NOC liasoning activities, under the direction of a Project Manager (PM) & Project Director.
· Firm knowledge of accessing and working on RTA, DEWA, DM, EMPOWER, Dubai Airport, & Trakhees online Portals for NOC’s and Completion Certificates.
· Prepare an NOC letters (Arabic/ English) for getting approval from Municipality / Authorities & etc.
· Review Trial Trench N.O.C. as well as Construction N.O.C. and submit to the respective authorities in online portals and to attend the meeting.
· Obtain all Information NOCs, Trial Trench NOCs and Construction NOCs as per the target dates given by the management.
· Submit the NOC purposes via RTA website portal (Digital/Guide) NOC submission paperwork.
· Handle all meeting requested by the authorities which is related to NOC issuance and during the work execution.
· Prepare the updated Construction NOC report in Weekly Progress meeting and attended the meeting accompany by construction manager with regards to other project which is interfere to our proposed project.
· Get ready day by day/ weekly NOC standing studies for advisor and consultants.
· Follow Municipality Requirements and coordinating with the Construction team.
· Monitor the expiry standing of permits and making re-validation of permits as per schedule.
· Make sure that the project runs smoothly by tracking project progresses and timely communicating its status to management and project members.
· Follow and update the NOC letters.
· Carry out the inspections with Authority Engineer’s for close-out and final clearance procedures.
· Coordinate with Consultant for NOC and work permits.
· Deal with external government agencies such as Dubai police and Civil Defense.
· Handle/Maintain all contacts related Project process and stages with several Departments and sectors.
