1. PROJECT ENGINEER
- RAK Municipality Approved G+4 Civil Engineer
- Experienced with an established RAK Contractor
- Arabic speaker with 4 to 10 yrs of relevant experience in the UAE
- with Valid UAE Driving License
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction

2. Quantity Surveyor
- Pre-contract estimation works experience
- Post-contract QS works experience
- Understanding of turn-key project and project life cycle
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, QS or a related field
- Accreditations (through RICS or equivalent)
- 4 to 10 yrs of relevant experience in the UAE or GCC country
