Hiring Admin Coordinator

Location: Dubai


Hiring Admin Coordinator with experience in UAE on immediate basis!!!
Any National with minimum 4 years of experience in a similar capacity can apply for this job.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Control warehouse inventory and update master records.
Raise Purchase Requests for both office supplies and site requirements - this will require working with the site engineers and office.
Responsible for the tracking of all PPE (personal protective equipment) and to restock as needed.
Upkeep of the safe working conditions and cleanliness of the store.
Keep maintenance records for plant, machinery & consumables.
Monitoring employee & subcontractor daily attendance records and weekly time sheet reports.
Checking of correct procurement documentation: from PO to DO to Invoices for correct payment approval process.
Receiving of goods from vendors and other company entities & correct unpacking & storage.
Packing and loading of parts to ship out as needed.
Responsible to oversee office cleaning services, air-conditioner maintenance etc.
To handle other tasks and duties as and when assigned.
