Job Description
Candidates have the ability of:
· Compilation and Analyzing processes to all hardware requests
· Providing procurement plan to fulfill requirements
· Controlling and monitoring for all respective hardware
· Developing production schedules and expedites the delivery and distribution process
Duties and Responsibility
· Overseeing the ordering and provision process
· Monitoring stock levels and ensuring safety stocks
· Planning delivery timetables
· Tracking items through depots to make sure they arrive at their destination in the right time
· Receives and counts items as they are placed into the firm's inventory
· Maintains a record of materials that are stored in warehouse or in service (Stock Movement,
· Stores Operations as will as Safety and Security
· Oversees the staging, scheduling, and documentation of all item’s movement
· Develops strong lines of communication with shareholder.
Required Qualifications
· BS or Diploma in Supply Chain Management
Good English Language.
