Key Accountabilities:
· Responsible for the direction of the materials management and purchasing function to achieve service and inventory goals.
· Manage the tactical operations of the materials management, purchasing function and team members in it.
· Establish and implement purchasing strategies, policies, and procedures.
· Identify vendor opportunities and challenges, and partner with the Product Management team to ensure appropriate resolution.
· Collaborate with Project Management and other departments to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory planning.
· Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with suppliers.
· Evaluate all purchase orders to ensure the compliance with project requirements, and ensure most cost effective possible and within a specific timeframe for material.
· Prepare and maintain supplier evaluation forms, supply position risk assessments.
· Establish, build, and maintain relationships with all key suppliers.

Status: Visit Visa preferred.
