We are looking at HIRING a SENIOR SOFT SERVICES TRAINER who can proactively lead in Training, Developing and Driving our Housekeeping team towards continuously delivering improved services.

Qualification - Degree in Hotel Management or similar discipline
BICS Certified
Experience - Minimum 5 years experience as soft services trainer in FM within UAE with UAE Driving License.
*Candidate should be Hindi speaking

Job Profile -
* Responsible for scheduling employee training and deployment and maintenance of training records.
* Management of junior training team members.
* Providing training support as per client requirement.
* Identification of individuals who are can be promoted and lead the the development of their skills.
