Experience: minimum 5 To 10 Years experience, in Road & Infrastructure projects in UAE.
Qualification: BSc / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Certification: CCP

Job description:

• Identify Deviations from Project budget and ensure that the cost impact of all changes are captured and notified to Projects for preparing the claims
• Update Monthly all the aspects that delineate the cost of completed report
• Revised Project cost estimate at the end of each month and Estimate cost at completion
• Validate cost codes in Material requisitions in ERP System
• Review Project Recap BOQ and work done quantities
• Preparation of cost report and submission
