We are hiring -Retail Sales
We are looking for retail sales executive for our retail-
gaming industry to act as the customer interface representing brand values
whilst maximizing sales revenues and providing excellent level of customer service in the retail channel across the UAE.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ø To identify customers’ needs and expectations and serve them in a friendly manner demonstrating brand values at all the times.
Ø To deliver exceptional customer service through retail experience by providing information on all of gaming products and services to help the customer to make suitable choices.
Ø Achieve the individual agreed quantitative sales targets for different product and services.
Ø To contribute to the agreed team quantitative sales targets.
Ø To ensure that all policies and procedures are adhered to, including Retail Sales and company specific policies and procedures.
Ø Handle different forms of payments including cash and credit cards, ensuring adherence to the agreed policies and procedures at all the times.
Ø Work collaboratively with the team to ensure company image and brand values are illustrated at all the times.
Ø Provide feedback for continuously improve the overall customer experience.
Ø Provide full range of after sales services and seek first step resolution whenever possible on any issues.
Ø Ensure and update knowledge of all retail systems to ensure streamlined effective services.
Ø Check and display stock as required and ensure shop appearance is always in line with the set company standards.
Ø To be flexible to provide support across the shops if required.
Ø Assist in general administration and smooth running of the shop.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary ranging: AED 2,500.00 - AED 2,800.00 per month (depending on experience)
