We are looking for Facility Management Supervisor to join our team in the DXB branch.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for activities in the facilities management business unit (client coordination, interaction with the customers, attending inquiries, preparation and review of quotations, follow-up orders, etc).
Supervise environmental cleaning and disinfection services achieving the requirement of Dubai Municipality and other relevant government agency
Prepare method statement and Hazard Risk Assessment for services applicable to the facility requirement
Lead and supervise the preparation of equipment and materials prior to mobilization to conduct environmental cleaning and disinfection services
Ensure the competency of disinfection team by providing proper training in reference to the current requirement of international and local regulations for disinfection
Manage execution of environmental cleaning and disinfection services
Take part in the documentation of environmental cleaning and disinfection services and ensure that reports are submitted to concerned government agency on a timely manner
Ensure proper maintenance of all machines and equipment to avoid downtime
Verify & approve all Permit to Work “PTW” to all 3rd party contractors
