We are looking for an energetic Studio Director (from widely-known Developers in UAE is preferred)
Competencies:
· Proficient in AutoCAD/Revit, MS Office with minimum 7 years of experience.
· Familiarity with visualization and presentation software like Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, SketchUp, 3d Studio VIZ or similar.
Familiarity with Primavera / MS Project would be an added advantage.
- Strong imagination and analytical skills.
- Good sense of business acumen to advise and guide clients as required.
- Visual awareness and an eye for details.
- Adaptability to develop collaborative relationships.
- Strong leadership, relationship management and mentoring skills.
