We have an opening for Compliance Manager with one of our well known Marketing Client in Dubai.

Languages: Fluent English. Knowledge of Spanish and/or French and/or any other language an advantage

Job Description
Lead the company’s compliance efforts by designing, implementing, documenting, and updating internal and external controls, policies, and procedures to assure compliance with applicable federal laws and regulations.
Develop procedures and ensure strict adherence to avoid Cross Recruiting in all the Regions/Countries that the Company has members in.
Work with management and staff to research, identify and manage compliance risk ensuring the company has internal and external controls that adequately measure and manage the risks it faces
Manage investigations into regulatory and compliance issues
Damage control – work with management and teams to ensure there are procedures and guidelines in place on how to respond to a possible compliance breach
Design and implement appropriate disciplinary measures to avoid a future recurrence
Educate field on compliance issues and best practices
Train teams; create and distribute compliance policy and procedure manuals
Provide advice on rules and regulations in real time
Develop and implement programs to remove trademark infringement in improper claims found on the Internet
Ensure continual monitoring and review of compliance procedures including internal audits to help identify possible areas where improvement could be made

Requirements
8-10 years compliance experience in MLM/direct sales industry
Understanding of MLM model, genealogy tree structure
Advanced knowledge of regulations as well as the regulatory issues specific to MLM industry
Experience and comfortable working with field leaders and representatives
Deep understanding of MLM language and principles
Familiarity with social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Law degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree required
