Housekeeping Attendant/Property Supervisor with driving license
Looking for a housekeeping attendant/property supervisor with valid driving license for Holiday Homes Company.
VISA AND MEDICAL PROVIDED!
9 hours working day, 1 day off. Ready to work overtime if required. REQUIREMENTS:
-VALID UAE DRIVING LICENSE.
-Previous housekeeping experience
-College or high-school diploma
-Fluent in English
-Honest and with high integrity
-Physically fit to complete full cleaning and small maintenance every day
-Able to work weekends or holidays if required
-Able to use various cleaning products and equipment
-Able to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
-Time-management skills
-Presentable and friendly
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Proper cleaning of apartments (including balconies, windows and bathrooms) with cleaning equipment and chemicals, according to the procedures set by the company.
-Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, sanitizing, disposing of trash, etc.
-Changing bed linens and towels, refilling bathroom supplies and room supplies
-Receiving fresh laundry delivery and submitting dirty linens and towels, counting items
-Checking the overall condition of each apartment, reporting any maintenance issues, or missing items to supervisor
-Small maitenance duties (changing light bulbs, fixing towel holders, hanging pictures on walls)
-Strictly follow health and safety rules
-Drive the Volkswagen Minivan whenever is needed
-Arrange or sometimes do the laundry
