CRM Executive - Abudhabi Location
Must be Bilingual - Arabic speaker
Must have Real Estate experience
-Handle, resolve and respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints in an appropriate manner and within acceptable time frame according to the agreed policy & procedures.
- Have a strong product knowledge and familiar with the rules & regulations that control the real-estate industry.
- Maintain and develop relationships with clients & other team members.
- Adhere to all corporate policies, guidelines & procedures.
- Work with Contracts and finance to finish the registration for all existing/new customers.
- The ability to work on different types of addendums (Area variation/parking,.etc)
- Executing Management approval cases such as “downgrade, deceased cases, parking, refund & re-allocation’’.
- Provide all new customers with” orientation service” through phone call & email.
- The ability to work on the CRM systems “Microsoft Dynamics”.
