We are looking for a Customer Care Officer for our Car Rental Company.
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Responsibilities
· Complaints handling and resolving (short term rentals)- Angler CRM system
· Monitor customer survey feedback and report to Management
· Carry out customer survey / visit corporate customers, prepare feedback reports, and submit to Management.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree
· Minimum 3 years of experience in handling customer care.
· Preferably Car rental experience.
· Good communication in English; MS office-user knowledge (MS Word/ Excel)
· Should be available to join immediately
