The main Responsibilities of the job:
1) Maintain an accurate record of labor hours worked by each employee on each job site.
2) Communicate with supervisors to provide update on work progress or any issue that arise.
3) Payroll administration including tracking employee hours and payrates, calculating overtime pay and submitting payroll information to state agencies.
4) Calculating time cards based on work orders including start and end times, break and lunch hours
5) Recruiting, hiring, and training new time keeping staff numbers as needed.
6) Making sure that time keeping records and stored securely.
7) Monitoring timecards for accuracy and making any necessary adjustments.
8) Reporting any time keeping irregularities to supervisors for further investigation
9) Recording time keeping data on spreadsheets or other computer software programs.
