• Enhance the ESG data master developed by the bank (including development of in-built calculations, macros and other enhancements in excel)
• Draft Basis of Reporting with data teams on each KPI for reporting (reporting is as per GRI Standards, the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) ‘Industry Standards’, Abu Dhabi Stock Exchange (ADX) ESG Disclosure Guidance for Listed Companies, and the UAE Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) sustainability disclosure requirements)
• Work with the bank’s sustainability team to engage with data teams (including subsidiaries) for ESG data and management approach collection and group-wide consolidation for 2022 ESG reporting as per the ESG data master
• Perform data sense check to identify outliers and concerns with data collected
• Work with the sustainability team to obtain final sign-off from data teams for 2022 ESG Report
• Develop performance data charts and templates on key metrics
• Work closely with the Group Sustainability Team during third party assurance of the 2022 ESG Report
• Other ad hoc advisory support over the period of engagement as required by the Group Sustainability Team
