Role
• Ensure that our products, applications and systems work correctly.
• Finding and reporting bugs and glitches.
• Create a list of milestones and checkpoints and set measurable criteria to check the quality on timely basis
• Create Test cases and test scripts for functional and non-functional tests

Responsibilities:
• Building up and leading the Testing Team to the success of project
• Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release / delivery
• Deploying and managing resources for testing
• Applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and the Testing Team


Qualification, Experience, Competence and Certifications
• BSc or any degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
• Experience in project management and QA methodology
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
• Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. qTest, Zephyr) and SQL
