We are looking to hire Production Manager for our reputed factory located in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has deep understanding and knowledge of cigarette manufacturing.
NOTE: ONLY CANDIDATES WITH CIGARETTE MANUFACTURING BACKGROUND WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE

Responsibilities:
Ensure that, as the company grows, manufacturing capabilities meet or exceed all industry and customer requirements for cost, quality and responsiveness.
Action-oriented and innovative in leading the Manufacturing Function.
Reach Production targets on the given time frame.
Organize, lead and control the work of team members, motivate and encourage their personal and professional development.
Ensure the continuous and reliable operation of the machines in line with good operating practices.
Support the inventory stock counts according to the procedures.

The Successful Applicant
Proven work experience in Production Manager role in a cigarette manufacturing company
Hands on experience with high speed machines
Well versed on quality standard
Proven ability to reduce manufacturing unit cost and increase contribution to gross margins
Proficient in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Essential Skills & Experience:
Minimum bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Industrial, Supply network, Planning, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering with at least 10 Years of experience in tobacco industry.
7- 8 years’ experience on Production Manager role.
Good interpersonal skills
Effective influencing skills
