Education:
Understanding of relevant specialist area (e.g. subject area, Early Childhood) sufficient to pupils’ learning
Experience:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A creative and enthusiastic approach both in and out of the classroom.
An excellent team player both within the department and across phases.
Excellent IT and interpersonal communication skills to work closely with students and parents.
Good command of English.
Time management and organisation skills.
Literacy and Numeracy skills.
Knowledge of strategies which promote good behaviour and discipline.
Support ethos of the learning environment.
Caring and tolerant.
Ability to acquire further knowledge in order to contribute effectively and with confidence to classes in which involved.
Requirements:
Native Speaker.
Non-Native speakers must have a minimum score of 96 in TOEFL or 7.5 in IELTS.
