• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, information technology, accounting, finance.
• At least 5 years of experience managing an Oracle Fusion or other ERP system, with hands-on experience in financial, HCM, and SCM modules.
• Strong understanding of financial, HCM, SCM, PAAS, and VBCS processes and industry best practices.
• Experience configuring and customizing the financial, HCM, SCM, PAAS, and VBCS modules of the Oracle Fusion suite of products.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in financial, HCM, SCM, PAAS, and VBCS areas.
• Relevant Oracle certifications and financial, HCM, SCM, PAAS, and VBCS certifications are a must.
