Oracle Fusion HCM Techno - Functional Consultant

Job Location – Dubai
Salary – AED 21,000 – 22,000

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computers or Information Technology.
• 8-10 years of experience in Oracle HCM, with experience at least 3 full Life Cycle implementations of the Oracle Fusion HCM, from planning to configuration through go-live
• Must have strong proven experience of developing technical components – BI Reports, interface components using PL/SQL (HCM specific components)
• Strong stakeholders’ management experience and good communication skills.
• Produce and deliver documentation for design, training and application administration.


Role & Responsibilities:
• Focus on Oracle Fusion HCM specifically on Talent Management modules Goals, Performance, Career Development, Talent Review and Succession Planning for implementation.
• Understand and support Oracle Fusion HCM processes in Core HR, Oracle Recruitment Cloud (ORC) and Oracle Learning Management (OLM) support.
• Responsible for developing BI reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions.
• Responsible for developing HR and Talent Management dashboards.
• E2E Implementation and usage of Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM).
• Provide level 3 support, create and conduct instructor lead application training.
• Provide ERP support and end-user training where applicable
• Prepare training manuals.
