We are hiring for our client, a leading bank in UAE for the role of Communication Specialist.

Location - Dubai, UAE.
Salary - up to AED 15K
Requirements
· Candidates should have experience working in BPO industry.
· Minimum 7 years of experience in voice & accent training/coaching.

Nationality - Arabs, Filipino, South African ( As per client requirement)
Visa will be provided

Job Role:
1. Benchmark the existing levels of communication across units.
2. Use New Age methodologies to publish communication to the staff.
3. Handle pre-process training, accent neutralization.
4. Preparing communication sublet for the floor.
