Ensures answering the calls received from end-users.
Identify and diagnose issues and problems.
Manages the service requests cycle by receiving service requests from end users relating to hardware and software, over the phone, E-mail or through the ITSM portal.
Isolates the service requests according to the nature of the request, logs them, determines its source and assigns to the concerned support group or technician for action.
Prioritizes the service requests according to the Service Catalogue.
Assists end-users by resolving quick issues that can be done remotely (1st level support).
Follows up the cycle of service request to ensure it is aligned with SLA guidelines and service request is closed successfully.
