Job Purpose
Rollout and management of Retail Banking segment based proposition and Customer life cycle management.
-Gather and analyze business and market data to compare segment based offering
-Support the Product manager and Co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement the initiatives identified
-Conduct regular market review and monitor competitor activities to identify niche opportunities.
-Analyze and circulate Product / segment related MI to allow governance and management forums to monitor and make relevant decisions.
-Provide support to different product initiatives as identified by the Head of Retail Products across any of the different areas that may require additional focus
-Partner with stakeholders to identify key drivers, mechanics and associated dependencies for driving conversion, product adoption, retention and cross sell across the customer lifecycle.

Education: MBA Preferred - Finance/Marketing
Experience: 3-5 years banking experience (Portfolio management/Marketing/Commercialization)
