Position: Investment Analyst
Location: Abu Dhabi
Salary: AED.25,000 to AED. 30,000

Job Description:

• Build and maintain detailed financial models to analyze new investment opportunities.
• Assist the CEO and Investment Committee with the evaluation of new developments.
• Coordinate with external consultants to obtain the best and highest-use studies for the undeveloped properties.
• Coordinate with external consultants to perform feasibility studies and review their work.
• Conduct research on the property market and contribute towards qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Perform internal valuation for existing properties.
• Participate in the monitoring and management of the investments.
• Determine optimal financing strategy for the new developments.

Qualifications and requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role in the real estate industry.
• Depth knowledge of the UAE property market. Preferably in Abu Dhabi.
• Sound knowledge of financial models to analyse new investment opportunities.
• Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
• Excellent research and writing abilities.
• Confident presentation abilities.
• A team player who can work independently.
