Program Manager - Core Banking

Location: Dubai

§ 15+ years of relevant experience on large transformation projects in the Banking Sector with emphasis on Temenos T24 Core Banking (exclusions if only managed activities through years of experience). Varied experience will be evaluated to ensure the candidate has in depth knowledge of standard banking processes, preference will be given to candidate having Operational process experience in both international & local banks

§ Working with the Project managers to establish the baseline, support Project execution, including coordination across individual project workstreams and monitoring progress on the detailed plans to accomplish the Project objectives on time

§ Support the Project execution risk-management processes and timely reporting and escalation to the Enterprise Program Office (EPO) and Senior IT leadership in the bank.

§ Work collaboratively with the EPO on project requests, processes, and procedures through project.

§ Strong Stakeholder management - managing stakeholders to ensure that the programme meets the organization expectations
