Hiring QA/QC Engineer for one of our group companies in Abu Dhabi

Employment Type: Full Time
Experience : Not less than 5 years in specially Fit-out projects
Salary: all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: UAE

Responsibilities
- Ensuring, Developing & maintaining that the quality management system (QMS) is fully implemented in an organized and efficient manner through the QMS processes.
- Preparation and control of project quality system management documentation prior to project commencement.
- Working closely & coordinating with other engineers and related construction.
- Monitor all quality related activities on the project
- Developing and implementing inspection and testing procedures.
- Conducting inspections and testing during the site execution process.
- Identifying the issues that may affect the quality of the production
- Working with internal teams/ suppliers & sub-contractors to resolve quality issues and implement improvements.
- Verify project quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and records of quality control activities including but not limited to (MAR, MIR, WIR, etc..)
- Implementing & Developing ( if required ) quality assurance plans.
- Attend client quality meetings
- Review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements
- Monitor the disposition of all issued nonconformance reports.
- Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. Recommend and implement improvements when required.
- Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the QC manager
- Coordinate all quality related correspondence with the customers representatives.
- Action and close all customer complaints
- Control all achieve documentation upon the completion of the project close out documents such as (O&M Manuals, Warranty certificates, T&C Reports etc.)
