We are looking for Female Filipina Accounts Assistant .
Job Description:
• Responsible for the company’s petty cash and ensures all outflows and inflows are being recorded accurately
• Responsible for all accounts payable and coordinates with vendors regarding invoicing issues, payment problems and discrepancies
• Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requests for disbursements
• Accurate recording of any accounting transactions and monitoring of GL accounts
• Maintains the entire filing system of the accounting department
• Assist the Finance team in audit preparations, end of year closings, and VAT filing submission
Requirements:
a. Preferably with minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting
b. Should be a graduate of BS Accountancy
c. Good computer skills with a knowledge of common bookkeeping and spreadsheet programs
d. Math skills
e. Attention to detail
