ADMIN COORDINATOR /RECEPTIONIST
DUBAI, UAE
URGENT HIRING!
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure reception area and meeting room is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Order front office & pantry supplies and keep inventory of stock
Perform other admin related and clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
Requirements:
For Female candidates only
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
FRESHER’S may also apply
Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
Consistent, professional dress, and manner.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook is a must.
Good time management skills.
Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
