Urgently looking to hire a Personal Assistant/Secretary who must have a minimum of 5 years of UAE experience.

Excellent Communication Skills (Oral and Written)
Good dictation skills
Experience in writing down the minutes of the meeting
Taking instructions and dictations from CEO regarding the job
Experience in dealing with suppliers
Experience in coordinating import purchase
Basic Knowledge of import documents
