We are looking for a Female Recruiter (Dependent Visa) to join in Dubai.
Responsibilities
Communicate with clients to get a clear view on their hiring needs and organisational goals
Define job description and document specifications
Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
Conduct confidential interviews
Follow-up references and check credits
Present shortlisted candidates
Develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy
Requirements
Candidate must be fluent in English and Hindi.
Excellent understanding of recruitment process
Preferable experience in Recruitment/Consulting industry
