Looking for an #HR Executive/Generalist in #Dubai
Role will partner with the senior leadership team and business leaders to define, develop and execute people strategies in the company.
Responsibilities:
- Business and Strategy Alignment
- Talent Attraction and Retention
- Talent Development
- Comp and Ben (Benchmarking and Operations)
- Culture and Engagement
- HR Services and Administration
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience
- Candidates MUST be from Tech, E-commerce, Consulting, Engineering or Electronics company
- Due to the geographical nature of the role, candidates who can travel freely to Europe without visa will be preferred.
Salary: up to 18k AED plus benefits
