- 8+ years of relevant management consulting experience, which includes 5+ years of workforce planning experience as an external consultant position in a large organization

- Proven technical capability in the design and delivery in:
· Workforce supply & demand analysis
· Strategic workforce planning methodologies
· Workload analysis
· Workforce analytics
· Workforce scenario planning

Salary: 30-35k
