Position : Accounts Receivable Executive
Minimum 3 years to 5 years of experience as Accounts Receivable accountant within Real Estate companies in UAE
Location : Ras Al Khaimah UAE
Candidates should be willing to relocate to RAK on selection
Salary : AED 8,000 plus benefits for self

Job Responsibilities
 Undertake Invoicing activities and follow up
 Prepare schedules for Accounts Receivable / Customer advances and related accounts on
a periodic basis matching with the trial balance.
 Pass corrective entries for any adjustments identified in the schedules.
 Assist with closing activities for AR subledgers and GL
 Co-ordinate with Finance and other departments on any issue relating to Revenues/Account Receivables.
 Handled volume of transactions ( minimum 1000 Transactions in Accounts Receivable on a monthly basis
 Resolve Routine issues and providing information to business users relating to the Group.
 Liaise with RERA Escrow Auditors/Internal and external auditors.
 Review the broker commissions service requests.
 Assist with VAT reports compilation for VAT team
 Preparation of adhoc Requests from the MIS Team & Reporting Team

Other Requirements
 Effective Communication and Soft skills
 Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable with a Well known Real Estate.
 Bachelors degree with MBA preferable
