URGENT - ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLES (JUNIOR POSITION)
Looking to hire an Accounts Receivables for our client in Dubai. If you are at the beginning of your career, a go-getter then this is for you!
Responsibilities
Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial SOPs
Maintain Customer files and records (Trade license, Credit application, Credit limits)
Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data
Prepare bills, invoices and bank requirements (ie deposits, invoice & cheque for discounting requirements)
Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
Contact clients, follow up with the Sales Department, verify discrepancies, reconcile, resolve billing issues, facilitate payment, generate statement of account.
Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.
Requirements
Degree in Accounting
1-2 years of experience in accounts receivables
Team player and an effective communicator
Must be available in the UAE
Must be able to join immediately
Salary - Dhs 4,000 plus company transport
