Sales/Contracts / Receptionist
IMMEDIATE HIRING!
We are looking for a qualified individual who can join our company at the earliest with the duties and responsibilities stated below:
Should have strong administration skills
Answer phone calls and deal with enquiries
Administers the filing of the documents on daily basis
Supports office teams in order to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities
Prepare Invoice for toners/spare parts/contracts
Prepare daily sales/collection report
Respond to email messages to customer seeking help
Ask questions to determine nature of problem & logging complaints
Coordinating with the service engineers & assisting them
Preparing all contract renewal as per machine serial number
Calling customers for contracts follow up
Preferably with Visit /Cancelled Visa and willing to relocate in ABU DHABI BRANCH temporarily for 3 Months after 3 months will be assigned in DUBAI BRANCH.
Salary: AED2,250.00
Day Off: Friday and Saturday
