Job Description:
Managing HVAC system for all Projects
Implementation of Govt./Services provider rules for HVAC systems, compliance and coordination such as Civil Defense, Municipality, Empower and Emicool
Schedules, directs and provide technical support for HVAC technicians
Review technicians, work to ensure quality meets established standard
Ensuring compliance with appliances standards and with occupational health & safety
Complying with service standards, work instructions and customer’s requirements
Coordinate installation schedule with team members and other Departments working on the same project
Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions
