They are currently hiring a Finance Manager for one of their clients an Investment company in various sectors based in Abu Dhabi.

Requirements:

1.Bachelors Degree of Accounting or Finance.
2. At least one professional Degree in Accounting / Finance preferably a CPA, CMA, CFA, ACCA, CIMA, IFRS, CA, CIA.
3.Minimum of Ten years of experience in Finance, Accounting & 4.Procurement functions including minimum of three years in a managerial/senior position.
5.Thorough knowledge of the principles, procedure, and practices of accounting and financial records and transactions.
6.Experience in project accounting and feasibility studies.
7.Knowledge of accounting software, preferably SAP or Oracle.
Fluent in Arabic and English.


Job Duties & Responsibilities:

1.Operate and maintain accounting, financial and management systems in accordance with international accounting, financial reporting standards and Company’s policies and procedures.
2.Implement the company strategy, structure and budget to fully optimize and integrate the existing business and new opportunities, taking cognizance of operational, accounting and financial sensitivities.
3.Implement and monitor finance & procurement related policies and procedures (including procurement, financial accounting, asset management, cash management, reporting, banking, accounts payable, accounts receivable, etc).
4.Develop staff to manage budgeting, accounting, management information reporting, banking and working capital management.
5.Develop close working relationships with appointed consultants’ and contractors’ accounts and finance management to ensure the required level of service and support.
6.Ensure monthly accounts closing within stipulated timeframe.
7.Ensure that vendor payments and other project-funding costs are processed and paid within stipulated timeframe.
8.Attendance and production of Financial Progress Reports to the General Manager & Board of directors.
