Position: Jr Executive - HR (Female)

Location: Dubai

Experience: 1 to 2 yrs of experience in Healthcare recruitment is mandatory

Roles and Responsibilities:

Review and Screen each resume carefully to shortlist the appropriate ones, based on the professional and personal credentials.
Manage interviews on telephones or personal meetings to figure out the matched qualities, before processing it to the hiring manager or key interview panel.
Advertising job vacancies through job sites, company websites, newspapers, job vacancy journals, etc.
Work according to the rules, regulations, and recruitment strategies of the organization.
Hands-on experience in Clinical and Nonclinical recruitment.
