Position-Hardware Support Engineer
Job Location-Dubai

The hardware engineer will be responsible for Post Sales Service and Support activities of the company. The job entails customer support in terms of service of devices, hardware installation, troubleshooting issues & providing customer training and support.

The candidate should be/have
- Computer / IT Engineer
- Experience of at least 2-3 years of working in a hardware support/repair job
- Knowledge of repair of hardware products/devices
- Knowledge of IT hardware systems and devices
- Strong communication skills
- Result Oriented
