Job Description:
- Handle full spectrum of financials e.g. Accounts Receivables,
- Accounts Payables, General Ledger, forecasting, budgeting etc. -
- Responsible for day to day accounts operations.
- Prepare full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.
- Responsible for timely consolidated financial statements, monthly MIS, payments, weekly cash-flow management reporting.
- Coordinate with finance team of individual business units to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.
- Prepare payment vouchers & journal entries.
- Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and other business units.
- Evaluate computerized accounting systems and provide recommendations to IT team for performance improvements.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned accounts.
Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations.
Supporting Group Finance Manager in ensuring that inter-company cost allocations are in line with management policies.
Prepare management reports on ad-hoc basis.
Requirement:
*CA with minimum 5-6 years of experience.
*Fluent in English communication.
*Strong MS Office Skills.
*Preferred SAP/ERP Knowledge
