Your experience and skills include:
· Experience working as a Reservations Agent.
· A passion for delivering great customer service.
· Provide timely, accurate, and detailed communication to any customer or partner regarding any inquiries.
· Excellent tracking of guests Reservations & cancellations.
· Handling guest's complaints.
· A highly professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft office suite.
· Flexible working hours.
· Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management.
