Recruitment: Experience managing a team of recruiters, managed mass hiring and recruitment drive, and managing assessment center.
Employee relation: Well knowledgeable of UAE labor law when it comes to employee separation, disciplinary action, performance improvement plan, salary deduction, etc
HR Digitalization: Preferred experience in implementing HR systems and automating HR process
