Job Responsibilities:
-Preparation of Subcontract Agreements / Contracts – As per FIDIC Norms
-Technical Skills for Analyzing vendor bids in conjunction to project requirements
-Understanding Procurement Process & Procedure and Monitor Supplier/Subcontractor’s performance
-Possessing Market Knowledge (Infra / MEP Works) - Sourcing, Negotiation and Competitor Analysis - for Long Lead Materials & Subcontract Works
-Responsible for supplier correspondence along with the contracts Manager.
- Review any value engineering possible and notify the same to Manager.
- Follow up for final closeout documentation from suppliers and subcontractors.

Requirement:
-Preparation of Subcontract Agreements / Contracts – As per FIDIC Norms & Standards
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree Civil Engineering.
- 5-10 years’ proven experience as a procurement engineer in CIVIL construction projects
- UAE/GCC/Middle East experience is a must
- Being in grace period or in Visit Visa is a PLUS.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good Communication and Negotiation skills
